Is Starter really free?
Yes. Starter covers one site and up to five users with basic waste records, documents and compliance history. No card required.
How does the Nightingale bundle discount work?
Subscribe to 3 or more Nightingale apps and you get 20% off your qualifying recurring subscription charges. Annual pricing is applied first, then the bundle discount comes off the resulting charge.
What counts as a site?
Any location you keep waste records for — a restaurant, depot, warehouse or unit. You're charged per site, not per user; Pro includes unlimited users.
What happens if I add a site mid-term?
New sites are added to your subscription and charged pro-rata for the remainder of the current billing period.
What does Enterprise cost?
Enterprise is priced around your estate and includes multi-site management, cross-site reporting, integrations, API access and dedicated onboarding. Talk to sales for a quote.
What happens to my records if I downgrade?
Nothing is deleted. Your waste records, documents and audit history remain intact — some features simply become unavailable until you upgrade again.
